Payment Gateway Options

For automated credit card transactions, the Woogloo system is currently integrated with the following payment gateways:

  • WorldPay (www.worldpay.com) – International
    • Positives:
      • Very easy to deal with – 24/7 telephone help service (international call required).
      • No need for a merchant account (cheaper and less hassle)
      • Multicurrency without delay – i.e. you don’t potentially get stung by exchange rate changes.
      • Automated future pay system for automated subscription payments – all fully integrated with e-StudioMax’s automated Invoice/Statement system.
    • Negatives:
      • Payments can only be transferred from the WorldPay system to your account at the end of a month.

  • PayPal (www.paypal.com) – International (favours US businesses)

      • Payments can only be transferred from the PayPal system to your account at the end of a month.
      • Does not always return a complete transaction to our system - we advise the purchase of our POS system if you choose to assist with this issue.

    • Positives:
      • Payments transferred to your merchant account overnight.
